My discount code did not apply. Can I get a refund on the difference?

If the discount code didn't process through at the time of purchase, please reach out to Customer Experience, and they are happy to look into this further.  If applicable, the team will provide the refund to your payment method or to a gift card code.  Notification will be provided to you by email. Please provide up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your payment method.  If you have not received your refund by the 10th day, please reach out to your bank associated with the card as they may have a hold on the refund based on their terms and conditions.

Please note that the refund cannot be offered outside of the time frame of the sale offered.  If sales or discounts have been applied to your order, only one discount is eligible per order.  Discounts will be applicable only for eligible pieces.  Please review the details for each sale advertised.
