Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can then either follow the link provided in your email or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website to get an updated status report of your shipment. If you are unable to find your tracking information, please contact Customer Experience (Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm CST). Tracking is available 24-hours after your order has shipped.
Please note that changing your order (quantity, size, color, address, etc.) may delay out your shipment by 24 business hours.
