I need to cancel or change my order. What do I do?

If you need to cancel or change an order, please reach out to Customer Experience (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm CST), as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation or change requests.

If cancelling an order that has not already shipped, please provide the following information:

  • Name as shown on the account:
  • Order number:
  • Email address on account:

If changing an item on the order, please provide the following information in addition to the requested information above:

  • Item, size, colorway needing changed on order:
  • New item, size, colorway needed
  • Shipping address:
  • Phone number:

Please note that changing any items on your order including shipping address may delay out your order by 24 business hours.
